6 Week Beginner Meditation Course: This course can be done one on one with your teacher, in a group and online
This 6 week beginner meditation course is not just for beginners, it is for anyone wanting to deepen their meditation practise and transform their life. This course is now being offered online as well as in person one on one and in a group setting.
The course provides a progressive meditation experience, ensuring you can confidently establish a daily meditation practise at home. You will receive a comprehensive manual with a journaling section, each week I will intuitively guide a meditation suitable for each session.
This course supports you in learning easy techniques to calm your mind and body, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and to increase focus, relaxation and the many more benefits of meditation.

Once you have booked to start this course you will be sent your first session workbook (manual) and a time will be organised with you for our first skype session. You will have 6 One hour skype sessions, one each week for the 6 week course. We will go through each weeks course workbook during our skype session, I will answer any questions you may have and I will guide you through a meditation each session. You will be supported and guided through each week as you progress through the course.
What you will need to do this course –
- A skype account – this is a free download, you can download skype onto any device, laptop, phone, tablet
- Email account – your course workbook (manual) will be emailed to you each week
- Printer – You may like to print your workbook each week including your journalling section
- Internet access
- You may like to use a headset for our skype call but this is not necessary
- A comfortable place to relax during each session

This course is valued at $135 for 6 weeks
1 hour class each week.
* Introduction to Meditation – Whether you are beginning your meditation journey or are an experienced meditator, it can be helpful to gain new insights into meditation and experience the energy of group meditation. During the first week of the course you will learn what meditation is and the benefits it can bring to your life. We will set an intention for what you would like to create within this course and I will guide a meditation, suitable for the energies bought to our meditation space.
* Breathing Techniques and Positions – Our breath is our very own natural healer, in this session we will explore 3 breathing techniques and how to breath when meditating. You will also learn meditation positions and I will guide a meditation, suitable for the energies bought to our meditation space. We will have time after the meditation for anyone feeling they would like to share their experience.
* Health Meditation – In this session you will learn the benefits of Health Meditation and what it is. I will guide a relaxing health meditation, this session will introduce you to your own natural healer within.
* Mindfulness of Thoughts – How do we manage our thoughts during meditation? During this session you will learn how we can work with our thoughts during meditation and what a valuable tool its is to be mindful of our thoughts. This process when practised daily can be life changing. I will guide a meditation, suitable for the energies bought to our meditation space.
* Visualisation, how to visualise – The power of visualisation is very real and can be a great manifesting tool when combined with the energy of our emotions. In the session we will explore how to visualise and I will guide a creative visualisation meditation.
* Open session, Questions/answers and activity – During this session you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and share how your intention has unfolded during the course. This session is open, so if you feel you would like to share or have any questions you will be in a safe space to do so. You will also make your own affirmation card to take home and meditate with. I will guide a meditation and before this session finishes I will explain your take home programme to keep your daily meditation practise going strong.
