In my breathing workshop you will learn 3 different breathing techniques. You will be guided through each breathing technique, you will learn everything needed in this workshop to confidently use your breath as a valuable tool to bring peace and harmony into your life on a daily basis.
Health Meditation Workshop – 2.5 hrs
During this workshop you will learn the benefits of health meditation. This type of meditation is effective in relaxing the body and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
You will be guided through a lovely relaxation meditation in a safe gentle environment.
Each workshop will include:

* Light refreshments will be provided
