MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

Participating in a workshop is a great way to learn new skills and to meet like – minded people.

Breathing Workshop – 2.5 hrs

In my breathing workshop you will learn 3 different breathing techniques. You will be guided through each breathing technique, you will learn everything needed in this workshop to confidently use your breath as a valuable tool to bring peace and harmony into your life on a daily basis.

Health Meditation Workshop – 2.5 hrs

During this workshop you will learn the benefits of health meditation. This type of meditation is effective in relaxing the body and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
You will be guided through a lovely relaxation meditation in a safe gentle environment.

Each workshop will include:
* Take home guided meditation audio
* Workshop manual
* Light refreshments will be provided
* 10% off voucher towards another workshop

Meditation Groups

Enjoy a 1 hr guided meditation in a group setting. Leave the busyness of life behind, relax and de-stress. Putting aside time for your own self care is vital for your health and well being. Meet like minded people and meditate in a gentle, safe, caring environment.
1 hour – $15 each group class
